Finding the best moisturizer for every woman

Like Ice Tea on a Hot Summer Afternoon

My surfing tool me this time to a product review at  http://beautyiseasy.com/2010/07/16/oh-the-scent-of-zensation-–-zensation-hydrating-moisture-cream/.  The review is for a product called Zensation Hydrating Moisture Cream. The reviewer was very positive about the cream and recommended it. The part of the review which  struck me was:

“With two key ingredients being Lavender Oil and Roman Chamomile Oil, you know that the smell is going to be nice. It’s herbal, light and fresh: the scent equivalent of a cool cup of lightly sweetened ice tea (with a gentle squeeze of lemon) on a hot summer afternoon. I now look forward to my morning application of moisturizer along with my morning cup of coffee – and that is saying a lot because I really look forward to my morning cup of coffee!
Final Verdict? I’m a fan the product and, thus far, so is my skin. $85 is steep for a daily moisturizer, but a little goes a long way with this product and I do love the smell.”
I want to make two observations. First, the description of this moisturizer as a glass of iced tea on a hot summer afternoon intrigues me. Moisturizer, ideally, should be that cooling refreshing balm to the skin. I’ve always felt that way. So many of them leaving you feel like you slathered on a layer of oil on your face. To find something that is in comparison to that a delight to use is refreshing.
Secondly, there is the mention of the price of the cream. It is high but I want to underscore the point the reviewer
makes. With high end products you don’t use alot. If the product is good you don’t need to put more than a quarter size dose on your face. It goes a long way.
